The Team and Role: The Order fulfilment Senior Analyst is a key role as part of a wider Business Engagement organization within IT to sustain and focus on designing, implementing and delivering new capabilities to Global Operation and Supply chain business function. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the technology, solution and infrastructure supports operational excellence while improving efficiency across the supply chain ecosystem. In this role you will: • Build a deep strategic and influential level partnership with Supply chain and Operation leadership team • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional, technical, and operational requirements • Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current capabilities and desired outcomes • Translate business processes into system solutions by adhering to industry best practices • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding solution capabilities, delivery timelines, and potential constraints • Configure Kinaxis Supply planning and Order fulfilment modules • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, workbooks, worksheets, and scripts in Kinaxis Rapid Response application to support supply chain and Operation business function • Troubleshoot and provide ongoing maintenance and administration of the Rapid Response platform • Developing and maintaining detailed documentation on system design, configuration, integration and metrics to track project performance • Participate in evaluation of software, platforms, and technology stacks suitable for the use case and organizational goals. Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: • 10+ years of experience in delivering supply chain and operations projects, and 5+ years specializing in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations • Demonstrate the ability to interact effectively, articulate a solution, and influence business outcomes • Experience in Oracle eBS Supply chain modules Order Management, Shipping, Inventory and Purchasing • Implementation experience in configuring Supply planning and Order fulfilment Applications • Problem solving capabilities. • Demonstrate Performance measurement / Business Outcome Focus supported by SMART KPIs. • Demonstrate Project / Portfolio Management capabilities and Prioritization Review and Execution skills. • Contributor and Authoring Level2 Certification in Kinaxis. Preferred Qualifications: • Business Process Reengineering skills. Drive continuous optimization of our support systems, workflows, and tools enabling operations at scale and effortless user experience. • Deep skills for portfolio / project management on platforms such as Asana, Monday etc. • Innovative mind-set and strong understanding of Design Thinking principles. • Proactive and results oriented, process oriented. • Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties. Education: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Business Management. • Certification in Project Management would be a plus. • Fluency in English.
