Job Title: OTC Billing Sr. Analyst Job Location: Bangalore Exp: 3- 6 yrs Package: Upto 9 lpa Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Shift: US shift (night shift) Mode of Work: Work from Office Mandatory Skills: OTC billing, SAP, Billing & Invoicing, Billing Error Resolution, Billing Reconciliation, T&M Invoice, Lumpsum, Milestone Invoice. JD: Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) billing operations • End-to-end O2C processes including order validation, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, payment allocation, and reporting. • Resolved billing errors and invoice disputes and billing applications, reducing rework and escalation rates. • Perform Billing Administration processes on SAP. • Generate the monthly customer invoice and send it to the customer via email or mail through SAP, as required.
