Location: India (Remote) Department: Sales / Business Development Reporting To: Head of Sales / Commercial Director About the Role We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities through targeted outbound outreach. The role will focus on identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through consistent prospecting efforts. Key Responsibilities • Own outbound prospecting end-to-end: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and beyond • Research and identify high-fit target companies and key decision-makers • Qualify leads and book product demos for senior sales team • Maintain a clean, accurate CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho) • Collaborate with Sales to sharpen messaging and refine target segments • Track and optimise your outreach metrics: volume, response rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated Requirements • 2–5 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or B2B business development • Proven track record with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting • Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms • Sharp research skills — you know how to find the right person and craft the right message • Resilient, persistent, and motivated by targets • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus • Bonus: experience targeting UK, Africa, Asia and Middle East markets • Experience selling B2B services or SaaS solutions. Key Success Metrics • Number of outbound touches per week (calls, emails, LinkedIn). • Meetings scheduled with qualified prospects. • Qualified pipeline generated. • Conversion rate from outreach to meeting.
