HCP Wellness Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled Packaging Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to oversee our supply chain operations for packaging materials. This role is crucial in ensuring that our private label skin care, cosmetics, and oral care products are efficiently managed from procurement to delivery, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities ✔Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies for packaging procurement, inventory control, and logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency. ✔Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely replenishment of packaging materials to meet production needs. ✔Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and quality standards. ✔Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to align packaging strategies with product launches and promotional activities. ✔Data Analysis: Utilize inventory management systems to analyze data, track performance metrics, and generate reports for management review. ✔Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure packaging materials comply with industry regulations and sustainability initiatives aligned with our values. Qualifications Hard Skills ✔Proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems. ✔Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. ✔Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices specific to packaging. Key Skills: ✔Store management, Raw Material, Packaging Material, Inventory, Stock Handling Education ✔Any Bachelor’s degree Preferred Experience ✔Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or packaging operations. ✔Experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is a plus. ✔Demonstrated success in managing packaging supply chains from concept to execution.
