Role Overview We are hiring a Partner Marketing Lead to work closely with our US-based Partner Success team to drive partner adoption, engagement, and joint growth initiatives. This role owns partner-facing marketing programs, enablement, and certification efforts, ensuring partners are fully equipped to position, sell, and deliver Xcitium solutions. This role requires working in a late-evening shift (6 pm to 2 am) to align with US partner time zones. Key Responsibilities • Own marketing programs for US-based partners, in close collaboration with Partner Success teams. • Plan and execute joint partner campaigns including webinars, events, content, and digital promotions. • Drive partner enablement and certification across Xcitium platforms, tools, and technologies. • Develop and manage partner marketing assets and campaigns-in-a-box to ensure consistent execution. • Act as the marketing liaison between partners and internal teams (product marketing, demand gen, content). • Increased partner engagement and program adoption. • Improved partner readiness, measured through certification completion and enablement usage. • Growth in partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. • Strong execution of US-focused partner initiatives and campaigns. Experience & Skills • 5–8 years of experience in partner or channel marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity. • Proven experience working with US-based partners. • Strong understanding of partner enablement, certification programs, and success-led motions. • Ability to manage multiple partner initiatives with clear ownership and accountability. • Comfortable working in a late-evening shift aligned with US time zones. • Cybersecurity or IT services background. • Experience supporting MSPs and strategic partners. • Familiarity with CRM and partner portals.
