Role Overview We are looking to hire an experienced Partner - People & Culture to work closely with business leaders and teams at RateGain. This role will focus on driving people strategy, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong HR expertise, a consultative mindset, and experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Business Partnering & People Strategy • Align HR strategies with business goals. • Advise leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and change management. Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle • Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning. • Drive development plans and identify high-potential talent. Employee Engagement & Culture • Champion company culture and values. • Lead engagement initiatives and DEI programs. Employee Relations & Compliance • Handle employee relations matters confidentially. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration • Work with HR COEs to deliver HR solutions. • Support leaders in implementing HR programs effectively. Process & Governance • Maintain consistent HR processes and governance. • Use HR data and systems to track metrics and inform decisions. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 4-8 years HR experience, with 3–5 years in an HRBP role. • Experience in tech, SaaS, or high-growth organizations preferred. • Strong proficiency in English. Knowledge & Domain Expertise • Strong HR fundamentals: talent management, performance, employee relations. • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance. • Ability to translate people data into actionable insights. Skills • Stakeholder management and influencing skills. • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
