People and Culture Manager
About the job
Role Purpose To lead and strengthen Learning & Development and P&C Operations by designing impactful capability-building programs, driving structured learning interventions, and enabling business-aligned people practices in a growing IT organization of 400+ employees. Who you are: Learning & Development (Primary Focus) • Own the end-to-end L&D charter including needs analysis, annual training calendar, execution, and impact measurement. • Design and deliver technical, functional, and leadership development programs in collaboration with internal SMEs and external partners. • Drive capability upskilling initiatives (technical, automation, AI/modern tech stack exposure preferred). • Manage internal trainers, workshops, and classroom/blended learning programs. • Track training effectiveness, engagement, and ROI using data and dashboards. P&C Operations (Secondary Focus) • Drive process improvements and automation within P&C and L&D systems. • Ensure smooth coordination with HR Operations for compliance, audits, and governance. Strategic & Stakeholder Management • Act as a strategic partner to leadership on capability building and talent development. • Translate business goals into structured learning roadmaps. • Present L&D insights, dashboards, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. What will excite us: Must-Have • Strong experience in L&D within an IT/Technology company. • Good technical acumen to understand engineering roles, skill frameworks, and tech roadmaps. • Experience working in organizations with 400+ employees. • Data-driven mindset with ability to track and measure learning impact. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Good to Have • Exposure to AI, automation, cloud, frontend/backend, or data engineering learning programs. • Experience with internal L&D systems/LMS. • Coaching or facilitation experience. Education • MBA / PGDM in HR, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
