We are looking for a people and systems thinker who understands how people function at work and can use learning as a strategic lever to drive performance, capability building, and organizational change in a fast-growing startup environment. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement learning interventions that drive real performance and behavior change, not just program completion • Understand and work closely with people dynamics, performance management systems (PMS), analytics, and overall organizational functioning • Build scalable learning solutions suited for a dynamic, evolving business • Act as a change enabler, supporting leaders and teams through growth, transformation, and new ways of working • Partner closely with business leaders as a thought partner, proactively identifying capability gaps rather than acting as an order-taker • Use data, insights, and observation to continuously improve learning effectiveness and business impact Ideal Candidate Profile • Clear-thinking individual who can simplify complexity and translate ideas into practical, on-the-ground outcomes • Generalist background is acceptable, with a strong inclination and interest in Learning & Development • Naturally curious about how people learn, perform, and function within organizations • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership and accountability • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
