Job Description: As a People Change Partner in Hyderabad, your role will involve focusing on the people experience of change, bridging the gap between the central Change team and HR Business Partners. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering structured change management initiatives to support organizational transformation. - Building strong relationships with leaders in Hyderabad to drive change initiatives. - Supporting leadership transitions and hub setup processes effectively. - Facilitating a positive new hire experience during transformation phases. - Driving local engagement and ensuring successful change adoption within the organization. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 2-3 years of dedicated change experience. - 3-5 years of total experience in HR change or HRBP roles. - Experience working in matrix environments and showcasing high agility and adaptability. - Strong stakeholder management capability to navigate complex organizational structures. Preferred backgrounds for this role include fintech or pharma experience, exposure to rapid organizational change environments, and tech experience in any sector excluding gaming or Flutters. Candidates with manufacturing or operations-heavy backgrounds are not preferred for this position. The core expectation from you as a candidate is to understand and be comfortable navigating rapid change and scaling environments effectively.
