WHAT YOU’LL DO: • End-to-end ownership of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) • Lead bi-annual performance review cycles including goal setting, feedback, and calibration • Drive end-to-end hiring across functions from sourcing to offer rollout • Build and manage campus hiring strategy and early talent pipelines • Own onboarding, confirmations, promotions, and exit processes • Act as the primary SPOC for employees on People Ops related matters • Track and maintain HR data, documentation, and operational KPIs • Partner with founders and functional leaders to drive culture and engagement initiatives • Ensure strong process hygiene across payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS: • 3+ years of experience in People Ops / HR / Talent Acquisition roles • Strong execution capabilities with high attention to detail • Experience managing payroll and compliance independently • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building systems from scratch • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Startup or high-growth experience preferred • MBA in HR is a plus
