Reporting to the People Partnering leadership for India, the People Partner – CRE (Bangalore) role is accountable for end‑to‑end people partnership for the Corporate Real Estate business in Bangalore. - Own and shape the people strategy for the CRE Bangalore portfolio. - Lead succession planning and talent reviews for the assigned population. - Own the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and retention. - Provide end‑to‑end Employee Relations ownership within the Indian context. - Partner with People Services for documentation, statutory processes, and closure. - Track and analyse people metrics and proactively surface insights. About You: - MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline. - Min 10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong experience in a People Partner role. - Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching capability.
