About the role We’re looking for a People Partner with 3–5 years of hands-on experience who can independently drive people initiatives, partner with business leaders, and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-growing organization. What you’ll own: • Partner with teams to understand priorities and deliver people solutions. • Drive performance cycles: goal-setting, reviews. • Run engagement and development programs with measurable outcomes. • Build dashboards, analyse trends, and present insights to leadership. • Streamline processes and use AI tools to automate routine work. • Support managers with feedback, career conversations, and team development. What you bring: • MBA/PGDM in HR (Tier-1 preferred) with 5+ yrs of experience. • Clear communication and strong writing skills. • Comfort with data, decks, and dashboards. • High ownership, structured thinking and curiosity about HR tech & AI. • A collaborative, empathetic working style.
