As a Performance-Driven Digital Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for expanding lead generation through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms, playing a crucial role in the digital acquisition process. • *Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Ownership** - Manage and execute lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. - Focus on enhancing lead volume, quality, CAC, and ROAS through continuous optimization. - Develop and implement full-funnel campaign strategies for acquisition and conversion stages. - **Funnel & Conversion Optimization** - Oversee the end-to-end lead funnel and collaborate with Sales and CRM teams to enhance lead-to-enrollment conversion. - Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies for optimization. - **Campaign Execution & Budget Ownership** - Optimize performance marketing budgets and enhance efficiency in CPL, CAC, Conversion Rates, Revenue & ROI. - Formulate data-driven scaling strategies across various marketing channels. - **Experimentation & Growth** - Design and implement marketing experiments to unlock growth opportunities. - Utilize AI tools, automation, and data analytics for campaign efficiency and stay updated with platform changes. - **Stakeholder & Team Collaboration** - Collaborate with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Creative teams. - Drive accountability through performance dashboards and lead performance marketing teams and agency partners. • *Must-Have Requirements:** - 8-14 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing. - Proficiency in Meta Ads & Google Ads lead-gen campaigns. - Track record of scaling qualified leads and enhancing conversion funnels. - Experience managing high monthly performance marketing spends. - Strong understanding of lead funnels, CRM integration, and attribution tracking. - Previous involvement in D2C or EdTech lead generation roles. - Data-driven and experimentation-focused mindset. • *Good to Have:** - Experience in Education / Coaching / Test Prep / D2C consumer businesses. - Proficiency in managing affiliate or partner lead channels. - Exposure to marketing automation tools and CRM platforms like Leadsquared, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce. You will be evaluated based on metrics such as lead volume growth, CPL & CAC optimization, lead-to-enrollment conversion enhancement, ROAS, and revenue contribution.
