Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and brand visibility. The role involves managing PPC campaigns, optimizing ad performance, analyzing campaign data, and creating strategies to improve ROI. The individual will collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives, oversee campaign budgets, and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing. Qualifications • Proficiency in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Social Media Advertising. • Skills in campaign performance analysis, A/B testing, and optimization strategies to improve ROI. • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. • Strong abilities in data interpretation, analytics, and reporting with tools like Excel and BI dashboards. • Knowledge of branding strategies, public relations, and customer engagement practices. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with design, content, and strategy teams. • Ability to manage budgets effectively and meet campaign deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. • Experience in digital marketing or performance marketing in an agency environment is a plus.
