The Role As the Performance Marketer for Keer, you will be the engine behind our digital growth. We have the product and the brand identity; we need you to build and manage the systems that turn that identity into sales. You will own the full funnel—from initial 'hook' to conversion—on Meta, Google, and beyond. Key Responsibilities • Campaign Management: End-to-end setup, monitoring, and optimization of ads on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google (PMax/Search). • Creative Strategy: Partner with our creative team to provide data-backed briefs. You should be able to identify which hooks, formats (reels, statics, carousels), and aesthetics are converting. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics including ROAS, CAC, MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), and LTV. Provide weekly actionable insights, not just numbers. • A/B Testing: Constantly test landing pages, ad copies, and audiences to lower friction in the customer journey. • Budget Allocation: Manage and shift budgets dynamically based on performance to ensure maximum efficiency. Needed Skills & Technical Expertise • Platform Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. • D2C Ecosystem: Deep familiarity with Shopify and how to track conversions accurately in a post-iOS14/cookie-less world. • Copywriting: Ability to write high-converting, 'scroll-stopping' ad copy that resonates with a jewelry/luxury audience. • Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Triple Whale, or Northbeam is a significant advantage. • Creative Intuition: You don't need to be a designer, but you must understand the visual language of jewelry marketing. Required Experience • Proven Track Record: At least 2–3 years of experience managing performance marketing specifically for D2C Lifestyle or Fashion brands. • Scaling Success: Evidence of taking a brand from '0 to 1' or scaling monthly spends significantly while maintaining profitable ROAS. • Jewelry/Luxury Context: Previous experience in the jewelry industry is highly preferred, as you understand the longer consideration cycles and the importance of visual trust. • Freelance Portfolio: A portfolio or case studies demonstrating past wins with similar ticket-size products (₹2,000 – ₹10,000 range).
