Performance Marketer – Eyecon Fixes | Tamil Nadu | Full-time About the role: Eyecon Fixes is a digital marketing agency based in Tamil Nadu. We are hiring an experienced Performance Marketer. Your PRIMARY focus will be generating leads for Kudil Catering. Additionally, you will handle agency client projects for EXTRA PAY on top of your fixed salary. • * Primary focus — Kudil Caterings lead gener ... ation **All other projects are secondary and come with additional pay. Primary responsibilities: → Run Facebook & Google lead generation ads for Kudil Caterings → Target wedding, corporate & event clients across Tamil Nadu → Generate minimum 30–50 qualified leads per month Additional projects (extra pay): → Handle performance marketing projects for agency clients → Each project assigned separately with additional pay Requirements: → Minimum 1–2 years hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads → Proven lead generation results (must show past campaign data) → Strong knowledge of CPL, ROAS, conversion tracking → Experience in local business or event industry ads preferred.
