Role Overview We’re hiring a highly analytical, execution-first Performance Marketer to plan, manage, optimise, and scale paid media across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for multiple client brands. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can read numbers deeply, build clear performance narratives, and convert insights into action—while managing campaigns confidently across different funnels and budgets. US market media buying experience is mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta + Google Ads (full funnel) • Manage Google Ads across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max • Manage Meta campaigns across all placements, with strong audience + creative testing • Scale budgets while maintaining efficiency across ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPR, CVR • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, messaging, landing pages • Track and interpret metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, ROAS, AOV, frequency, funnel drop-offs • Maintain strong campaign hygiene: naming conventions, UTMs, clean account structure • Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards (weekly/monthly) • Translate raw data into clear insights + next-step recommendations • Coordinate with design/content/web teams to improve creative + conversion performance • Lead client performance discussions with clarity and confidence • Ensure tracking accuracy across platforms (Pixel, events, GA4 conversions) • Stay updated on platform changes and performance best practices Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable) • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media • Strong execution knowledge of Meta Ads Manager + Google Ads • US market media buying experience (mandatory) • Strong understanding of D2C + lead generation funnels • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, formulas, analysis) • Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and funnel analysis • Confident client communication, presentation, and reporting skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities in an agency setup. Platform “Nerd Skills” (Expected) • Meta: breakdown analysis, audience structuring, scaling strategy, frequency control • Google: search term audits, negative keywords, intent mapping, PMax hygiene • GA4: event validation, funnel drop analysis, conversion quality signals • Tracking: UTMs, naming conventions, pixel basics, attribution interpretation. Bonus Skills (Good to Have) • Shopify + ecommerce growth exposure • Looker Studio / dashboarding experience • GTM and Meta CAPI understanding • Experience with budgets in the range of $5K–$50K/month per brand.
