Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads + Google Ads + SEO) Location: Trichy Experience: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-time Department: Marketing Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can independently manage paid campaigns and improve organic search visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO with a strong focus on lead generation and ROI. Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising: - Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on: - Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) - Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) - Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and copies - Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI - Generate weekly and monthly performance reports SEO: - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis - Optimize website pages for on-page SEO - Handle basic technical SEO (meta tags, sitemap, indexing) - Improve website ranking and organic traffic using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Required Skills - Proven experience managing Meta & Google Ads - Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns - Knowledge of SEO best practices - Familiarity with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager - Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance - Good communication and reporting skills
