The Performance Marketing Head is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur. This role involves strategizing and managing digital/performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities include overseeing paid marketing efforts, analyzing campaign performance metrics, conducting competitor research, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and design to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. Will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display) to maximize ROI. Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify target audiences, opportunities, and trends. Strong skills in Marketing Management and Sales to drive impactful campaigns and strategies that align with business objectives. Experience in Public Relations to enhance brand visibility and maintain relationships with media and key stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics, interpret data insights, and adjust strategies for optimal results. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in the automotive industry or operating in a startup environment is advantageous. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
