Role Summary This is NOT a branding role. This is NOT a content writer role. This is NOT a social media-only role. This is NOT a delegation-only manager role. We are looking for a data-driven, CRM-fluent Performance Marketing Lead who can: • Build and manage a structured B2B outbound marketing engine • Own Zoho CRM marketing workflows • Guide a team of data and campaign executives • Drive measurable pipeline growth • Step in and execute technical marketing tasks when required Key Responsibilities 1. Growth & Campaign Ownership Design and execute performance marketing campaigns targeting: • Regional Victoria Councils (Australia) • Commercial solar & battery clients • Government and institutional segments • India commercial renewable opportunities Run multi-channel B2B campaigns including: • Email sequences • LinkedIn organic + outreach • LinkedIn Ads • Google Ads (search-focused) • Retargeting campaigns Ensure campaigns are measurable and ROI-focused. 2. Zoho CRM & Marketing Automation Management • Own Zoho CRM segmentation structure • Create and maintain lead lifecycle stages • Build automated workflows in Zoho Campaigns • Monitor campaign performance dashboards • Maintain CRM hygiene discipline across team • Track engagement metrics and meeting conversion ratios You must be comfortable opening Zoho and building workflows yourself. No dependency on IT. 3. Team Leadership & Supervision You will manage: • Data & Campaign Automation Specialists • Data Intelligence Executives • Sales Executive (Lead Engagement layer) Responsibilities include: • Assigning weekly KPIs • Reviewing CRM accuracy • Auditing campaign execution • Ensuring quality of outbound communication • Maintaining reporting discipline You are expected to step in when required — not only delegate. 4. Performance Measurement & Reporting Define weekly and monthly KPIs • Track: • Database growth • Open and click rates • Response rates • Meetings booked • Pipeline contribution Present structured monthly marketing performance report to management. 5. Technical Marketing Contribution Create B2B-focused marketing materials for: • Solar PV & battery case studies • Government project proposals • Technical capability decks • Authority-building content • Coordinate basic marketing video production and technical explainer content. Understanding of renewable energy terminology is required. 6. Success Metrics (First 6 Months) You will be evaluated on: • Structured CRM implementation • Weekly contact growth targets achieved • Consistent campaign calendar execution • Increase in qualified meetings • Reduction in CRM errors • Marketing pipeline visibility • Clear reporting discipline This role is performance-driven. 7. Required Skills & Experience • 5–8 years B2B performance marketing experience • Strong CRM experience • Experience in email automation and outbound campaigns • Experience in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (B2B) • Data-driven mindset • Strong Excel/reporting capability • Experience managing 3–6 member team • Understanding of renewable energy or infrastructure industry preferred 8. Technical Requirements Must have hands-on experience in: • Zoho CRM & Zoho Campaigns • LinkedIn Campaign Manager • Google Ads • Basic analytics tracking • CRM segmentation logic • Lead lifecycle management Bonus: • Experience in renewable energy marketing • Experience targeting government / institutional sectors 9. Ideal Candidate Profile • Structured and process-driven • Comfortable working with engineering teams • Strong attention to detail • Not dependent on constant supervision • Able to enforce KPI discipline • Confident in performance review discussions This is a growth leadership role, not a creative-only role. 10. Compensation Competitive CTC based on experience (India market benchmark). Performance-linked incentives tied to measurable marketing outcomes.
