We are seeking a data-driven and experienced Performance Marketing Lead to manage and scale our digital acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms. The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for overseeing paid media strategy, marketing analytics, funnel optimization, and campaign performance. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, deep knowledge of marketing attribution and tracking infrastructure, and the ability to drive customer acquisition through structured testing and optimization. This role will serve as the operational center of the client’s marketing function, working closely with creative, CRM, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget allocation • Build and maintain CAC dashboards and marketing performance reporting systems • Implement and manage tracking infrastructure including UTMs, pixels, and server-side events • Oversee CRM workflows, including drip campaigns, cross-sell sequences, and marketing automations • Manage landing page setup and monitor funnel performance to improve conversion rates • Coordinate creative briefs and structured testing cycles with the Creative Producer • Develop and execute social media growth and acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Reddit • Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies • Deliver weekly CAC performance reports segmented by region, vertical, creative, and offer • Monitor and optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns • Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, and attribution frameworks • Experience building CAC dashboards or marketing performance reports • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills • Excellent English communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills • Experience working with multi-channel acquisition strategies • Familiarity with server-side tracking implementations • Experience managing creative testing frameworks for paid advertising • Prior experience leading or coordinating with marketing teams • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and performance metrics simultaneously
