Role Overview The Performance Marketing Manager at GrowMyRx will drive patient acquisition for healthcare brands through structured digital campaigns, conversion funnels, and data driven optimization. The role focuses on generating qualified patient leads and improving appointment and treatment conversions. Key Responsibilities • Paid Media Management • Plan and execute campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads • Manage budgets, targeting, and campaign scaling • Run geo targeted campaigns for clinics and hospitals Lead Generation Funnels • Build disease specific patient acquisition funnels • Optimize landing pages and lead journeys • Improve appointment booking rates Creative and Campaign Optimization • Test multiple ad creatives and video formats • Run A/B testing for ads and landing pages • Identify winning campaigns and scale them Performance Tracking • Monitor CPL, CPA, and ROI • Analyze campaign data and generate reports • Improve lead quality and conversion rates CRM and Automation Integration • Integrate campaigns with CRM and WhatsApp automation • Track the patient journey from lead to treatment • Support lead scoring and segmentation systems Skills Required • 4 to 8 years experience in performance marketing • Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads • Experience in lead generation and funnel optimization • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools • Experience in healthcare marketing is preferred Work Location: Thane, Wagle Estate Contact: Clifford Quadros +91 99879 19075 Email: clifford@growmyrx.ai
