We are looking for a sharp, data-driven, and strategically minded Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn for our diverse roster of clients. You will be the driving force behind lead generation, ROAS optimization, and growth marketing for high-profile brands including luxury real estate, fashion, and lifestyle clients. This is not a support role you will have full ownership of performance marketing strategy, execution, and reporting. If you thrive on numbers, love cracking the code on what converts, and want to work at the intersection of creativity and performance, this role is for you. Plan, launch, manage, and optimize end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Develop full-funnel strategies — from awareness to lead generation to retargeting — tailored to each client’s business goals. Run rigorous A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages. Set up and maintain conversion tracking infrastructure — Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, GA4, LinkedIn Insight Tag. Monitor campaigns daily and optimize for CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and other KPIs. Build and maintain performance dashboards (Google Data Studio / Looker Studio or equivalent). Perform deep-dive analysis on campaign performance, audience behavior, and funnel drop-offs. Creative & Content Collaboration Write clear creative briefs for the design and video teams based on performance data and platform best practices. Collaborate with the content and social media teams to align organic and paid strategies. Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients. Join client calls and provide strategic recommendations backed by data. Contribute to new business pitches with performance marketing strategies and projections.
