Job Description : Location : 36, 1, Gandhi Mandapam Rd, Chitra Nagar, Kotturpuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600085 Website : www.urbanrise.in Key Responsibilities : • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, , and other relevant platforms. • Manage lead-generation campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects. • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards. • Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and improve lead quality and conversion rates. • Coordinate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and project messaging. • Conduct market and audience research to identify trends and target segments. • Implement A / B tests to improve ad performance, landing page conversions, and audience targeting. • Monitor daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure campaign efficiency. • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and new advertising formats. Required Skills & Qualifications : • 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. • Strong experience in running lead-generation campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms. • Ability to create and manage custom audiences on both Meta and Google platforms. • Experience in creating and managing conversions / goals on both Meta and Google. • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta CAPI. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data. • Experience working with landing pages, tracking systems, and conversion funnels. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications : • Experience handling large-scale project launches in real estate. • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads. • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and remarketing strategies
