Role Overview We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid marketing efforts, with a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), while also managing Google Ads. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving ROAS, and building high-performing full-funnel campaigns across channels. Key Responsibilities • Lead and scale performance marketing primarily across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and retention funnels. • Manage and support Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) as a secondary growth channel. • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining target CAC and ROAS. • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign structures. • Continuously monitor performance and optimize creatives, copies, and landing pages. • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels to maximize ROI. • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives. • Drive creative testing pipelines and identify winning hooks, formats, and messaging. • Build and optimize full-funnel strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion. • Track key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue. • Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. • Use data insights to forecast growth, optimize budgets, and scale winning campaigns. • Stay updated on Meta and Google platform changes, ad formats, and trends. • Analyze competitor strategies and identify new growth opportunities. • Leverage audience insights to refine targeting and messaging. Requirements & Skills • Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) performance marketing. • Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping). • Mandatory experience in D2C / direct-to-consumer brands. • Proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong ROI/ROAS. • Strong understanding of creatives, funnels, and audience segmentation. • Experience in skincare, beauty, or personal care brands will be a strong plus. • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or Digital Marketing are preferred.
