Performance Marketing & Social Media Executive 📍 Ahmedabad (On-site / Hybrid Preferred) We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Social Media Executive who can manage paid ads while also overseeing content strategy and social media growth for our spiritual services brand. This is not a basic posting role. We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing, content psychology, and audience building. 🚀 Key Responsibilities • Performance Marketing • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns • Build structured creative testing systems • Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, and cost per client acquisition • Scale winning campaigns responsibly • Manage Pixel setup and conversion tracking Social Media & Content • Plan monthly content calendar aligned with spiritual services • Develop engaging content around astrology, tarot, and spiritual themes • Create high-converting ad hooks and scripts • Identify trending formats and adapt them to the niche • Ensure organic content supports paid campaign strategy • Coordinate with designers/video editors if required Automation & Funnel Support • Manage WhatsApp / CRM automation flows • Improve lead qualification and funnel efficiency • Track and analyze performance metrics 🎯 Requirements • Proven experience running Meta Ads (lead generation preferred) • Strong understanding of social media content strategy • Ability to connect organic content with paid campaigns • Comfortable working in astrology / tarot / spiritual niche • Experience with WhatsApp automation or CRM tools • Analytical mindset with structured testing approach • Based in Ahmedabad Preferred: • Experience in service-based or coaching industries • Experience handling high-intent lead generation funnels 🧠 Ideal Candidate • Thinks in numbers, not just aesthetics • Understands that creative drives performance • Comfortable working with spiritual and intuitive service brands • Takes ownership and works independently
