Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation Focus Location: Ahmedabad Company: Technoville Consultants Role Overview: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong lead generation focus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms with the goal of driving high-quality leads. This is a performance-driven role, requiring a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, conversion optimization, and an ability to scale campaigns for maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to generate high-quality leads for clients. • Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns, focusing on lead generation objectives such as form submissions, trials, demos, or subscriptions. • Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize lead generation campaigns to improve KPIs (Cost per Lead, Conversion Rate, ROAS) and overall performance. • Audience Targeting: Utilize data insights to define and target high-value audience segments across paid media platforms to generate quality leads. • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting to continually improve lead generation efforts. • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure the generated leads are followed up on and converted into customers. • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on lead generation campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. • Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize lead generation while keeping costs within allocated limits. Skills & Experience: • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation. • Proven expertise in running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. • In-depth knowledge of lead generation funnels and optimization techniques for increasing conversion rates. • Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other reporting tools. • Ability to work with CRMs and marketing automation platforms to track leads through the entire funnel. • Strong communication skills, able to work cross-functionally with sales and other teams. • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with lead nurturing and email marketing campaigns. • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. • Experience with retargeting and remarketing strategies.
