Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description We are seeking a highly-skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with a focus on AI-powered search optimization to enhance visibility and digital reach. This role combines traditional SEO and digital advertising expertise with a deep understanding of how AI search engines (such as Google’s SGE, Bing Copilot, and ChatGPT-integrated search tools) are redefining the digital landscape. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in content, web development, and analytics to craft organic and paid digital strategies that align with both current and next-generation search behaviors. What will you do? • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to identify SEO growth opportunities. • Optimize on-page elements including metadata, structured data, site architecture, and internal linking. • Leverage AI-powered analytics and automation tools to enhance campaign performance, targeting, and personalization across all channels. • Implement and monitor schema markup to improve visibility in traditional and search experiences powered by AI. • Develop optimization strategies for AI-driven search results, conversational search, and zero-click content. • Collaborate with the market development, creative, and content teams to deliver unified, integrated messaging across all digital channels that align with AI and human search intent. • Regularly conduct benchmark analysis to support channel strategies and apply findings to paid and organic campaigns. Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related major required. Experience • 4+ years of proven experience managing SEO and digital advertising campaigns • Proficient with major ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Microsoft Ads; Sprinklr experience a plus • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, and SEMRush • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills. • Up-to-date with digital trends, privacy standards, and evolving AI capabilities in marketing.
