Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistance Marketing role located in Gurugram Sector-23. The successful candidate will support marketing initiatives, manage client and influencer communication, assist with campaign execution and logistics, and contribute to market research and strategy development. Daily tasks include coordinating with team members, facilitating smooth communication between stakeholders, handling inquiries, and managing schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with influencers, clients, and team members. • Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to gather, analyze, and present data for informed decision-making. • Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy, with a focus on creating impactful campaigns that align with brand goals. • Proficient organizational and project management skills to handle schedules, deadlines, and multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and influencer marketing is an asset. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
