About the job

Primary Title: Pharmaceutical Marketing Executive About The Opportunity We’re hiring an on-site Marketing Executive to support commercial objectives for pharmaceutical brands in the Indian market. This role partners closely with sales, medical, regulatory affairs and external agencies to plan and execute brand strategies, product launches and customer-facing campaigns that drive prescriptions, market share and brand preference. Role & Responsibilities • Develop and execute annual brand plans and tactical marketing campaigns for assigned products to meet market-share and revenue targets. • Plan and coordinate product launches – develop launch materials, sales training, KOL engagement and launch events. • Execute omnichannel promotional campaigns (trade, field, and digital) and monitor performance to optimize ROI. • Enable field teams with sales aids, training modules, segmentation inputs and CRM assets; track adoption and impact. • Conduct market and competitor analysis; convert insights into actionable marketing adjustments and opportunities. • Ensure all promotional materials and activities comply with pharma regulatory and industry codes; coordinate approvals with Medical/Regulatory Affairs. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing or related discipline. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product marketing within healthcare. • Proven experience managing prescription brands and delivering measurable commercial results in India. • Working knowledge of pharma promotional regulations and compliance processes (India). • Strong stakeholder management: experience collaborating with sales, medical, regulatory and agencies. • Willingness to work on-site with frequent travel across assigned territory. Preferred • Experience with Veeva CRM or Salesforce CRM in pharmaceutical contexts. • Exposure to digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. • MBA in Marketing or postgraduate qualification in Pharmaceutical Management.
