Key Responsibilities : • End-to-End Development: design, develop, test, and deploy new tech and functionality from start to finish. • Build & Maintain: writing clean, efficient code while also maintaining and optimizing existing systems for maximum performance, stability, and scalability. • Problem Solving: proactively identify, debug, and resolve complex bugs and technical issues across our entire stack. • User-Centric Improvement: work directly with internal users to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and translate their needs into technical solutions that improve their daily experience. • Security First: design simple and effective security solutions. • Collaboration & Communication: work closely with a global team, clearly communicating your ideas, progress, and challenges.
