Role Description We are seeking a P&L Leader to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The P&L Leader will be responsible for overseeing profit and loss management, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational efficiency within the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include: - Devising and executing financial strategies - Monitoring financial performance - Leading cost optimization initiatives - Achieving business development goals. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams - Overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements - Contributing to building and enhancing client relationships to support sustained organizational growth. Qualifications • Strong financial and analytical skills, including budget management, revenue analysis, and cost optimization • Experience in business development, team leadership, and stakeholder management • In-depth understanding of the loan and financial services industry, including retail and corporate financial products • Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in technological tools for financial reporting, data management, and process automation • Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and compliance within the financial sector • MBA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred • Previous experience working in leadership roles within banks or financial institutions is a plus
