I’m reaching out because we’re looking for a Planning Lead role (Civil Engineer) with a listed Real Estate Client The PMO – Planning role is responsible for building, managing, and governing the planning ecosystem for residential real-estate projects. This includes master scheduling, baseline creation, look-ahead planning, progress monitoring, critical path management, and enabling predictable project delivery across time, cost, and quality parameters.
