About the job

This role will be a part of our growing Platform Solutions team; the primary responsibility would involve working on Oxane’s proprietary, tech-enabled platforms across bespoke deals in the structured finance space. The incumbent will be expected to take lead on client projects assigned to her/him, working directly with top investment banks, hedge funds and private equity firms. This role is at the intersection of finance & technology (FinTech) and provides a steep learning curve in the evolving landscape of structured credit. The candidate will be exposed to various asset classes and will be required to understand the deal structure, laying out the complexities. Requirements • MBA, PGDM, or equivalent PG with major in Finance/IT and alike streams, B.E. /B.Tech preferred. • Strong acumen for engineering technology-driven solutions will be preferred. • Good understanding of financial concepts and understanding of Excel, SQL, Python (must have – intermediate level). • Good attention to detail and a logical thought process to analyze large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Self-starter personality and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Keen interest and appreciation of technology with relevant work experience. Prior development/IT experience would be an added advantage.
