🔔 We’re Hiring | PM Consultant (MEP Experience) 📍 Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh (On-site) 🕒 Engagement: Full-time | Contract (PMU Assignment) 🏛 Client: Government / Development Authority Project 📆 Duration: 12 Months (extendable) 🔹 Role Overview We are seeking a Project Management Consultant (PM Consultant) with MEP exposure to support a Project Management Unit (PMU) for a large-scale government urban infrastructure project. The role focuses on financial management, project monitoring, budgeting, and performance-based contracting for urban service delivery projects. 🔹 Eligibility & Qualification • Education: • B.Tech / Graduation in Economics / Commerce / Marketing / Communications • MBA (Finance) preferred • Experience: • Minimum 5 years of advisory/consulting experience with PSUs / Central Government / State Government / ULBs • Exposure to MEP works in infrastructure or urban development projects is mandatory. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Financial management and monitoring of infrastructure & MEP works • Reporting to State Government / ULBs on project progress, quality gaps, and implementation challenges • Identify impediments affecting quality, cost, and timelines, and recommend remedial measures • Assist in preparation of periodic budgets, including equipment budgets • Establish financial accounting and control systems ensuring smooth fund flow from GoI to implementing agencies • Develop and implement performance-based contracts across various urban service delivery models • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders under the PMU framework. 🔹 Preferred Skills • Government / PSU project experience • Budgeting, financial controls & fund-flow management • MEP coordination & infrastructure project exposure • Performance-based contracting (SLAs, KPIs) • Strong MIS, reporting & documentation skills 📩 Interested candidates may share their CV at: 👉 mohit.antil@liongroup.in 📢 Candidates with PMU, government infrastructure, and MEP exposure will be preferred.
