Candidates ready to join immediately can share their details via email for quick processing. 📌 CCTC | ECTC | Notice Period | Location Preference nitin.patil@ust.com Act fast for immediate attention! ⏳📩 Key Responsibilities P&L Management & Financial Analysis • Prepare, analyze, and review monthly and periodic P&L statements for projects, programs, and accounts ensuring accuracy of revenue, costs, and margins. • Track project profitability metrics (GPM / EBITDA) against approved targets and highlight variances with actionable insights. • Review allocation, service charges, seat costs, and expense reports, and coordinate corrections with finance stakeholders. • Support draft and final P&L reviews and ensure timely closure of financial discrepancies in accordance with finance timelines. Revenue Submission & Forecasting • Ensure timely and accurate revenue submission aligned with organizational revenue recognition guidelines. • Collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Finance teams to validate revenue inputs and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain and track revenue forecasts, analyze deviations, and communicate potential risks or corrective actions. • Support both estimated and actual revenue tracking across different engagement models including T&M, Managed Services, and Fixed Bid contracts. Invoicing & Billing Support • Coordinate the end-to-end invoice submission and approval process in alignment with approved revenue figures. • Review billing advice, timesheets, and billing quantities to ensure invoicing accuracy. • Act as a liaison between delivery, finance, and account teams to resolve invoicing or billing-related issues efficiently. PMO Governance & Reporting • Develop and maintain PMO dashboards, MIS reports, and financial summaries for leadership reviews. • Track key financial and operational KPIs and provide insights on trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities. • Support governance and executive reviews by consolidating data across multiple projects and accounts. Excel & PowerPoint Expertise • Build advanced Excel models using pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and scenario analysis for financial reporting and forecasting. • Automate and streamline recurring financial reports using structured Excel templates. • Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with financial insights, charts, dashboards, and strategic narratives for senior leadership and client reviews. Required Skills • Strong experience in project financial management and PMO operations. • Solid understanding of P&L management, revenue recognition, and project profitability tracking. • Expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Financial Models). • Strong PowerPoint presentation and data visualization skills. • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance, Delivery, Account Management). • Good understanding of IT services engagement models (T&M, Managed Services, Fixed Price).
