About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Lead to support project governance, reporting, and risk management activities across strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, excellent communication skills, and experience working closely with senior stakeholders and C-Suite executives. Responsibilities: • Drive and maintain effective project governance and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. • Develop and manage project reports and dashboards, ideally using tools such as Power BI or similar analytics platforms. • Track and monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. • Support senior leadership and C-Suite stakeholders with accurate, data-driven insights and progress updates. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time. • Maintain PMO documentation, templates, and standards to ensure consistency across projects. Requirements: • 3 - 5 years of experience in a PMO, Project Analyst, or Project Management role. • Proven track record of working in structured environments with a strong focus on governance and reporting. • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, or other reporting tools. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with C-Suite executives. • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. • Experience in being promoted at least once within previous roles, demonstrating growth and accountability. Preferred Skills: • Experience in IT, consulting, or corporate project environments. • Knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile). • Strong communication and presentation skills.
