Key Responsibilities; • Act as Project Management Office (PMO) for assigned growth and OPEX initiatives, coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely execution. • Provide end-to-end project visibility, including progress tracking, risk identification, issue escalation, and closure. • Drive governance routines such as meeting planning, documentation of minutes, and structured follow-ups with cross-functional teams. • Lead monthly performance tracking and reporting using harmonized templates across 3–4 manufacturing / supply sites. • Consolidate and analyze Capital spend, KPIs, OPEX savings, line utilization, loss analysis, and scenario planning. • Perform KPI benchmarking across sites to identify gaps, best practices, and improvement opportunities. • Support data-driven decision making through insightful dashboards, trend analysis, and management presentations.
