PMO’s in the activities below mentioned • Project Issue management & Risk management in Jira or other tools • Project communication with all stakeholders • Co-ordination and follow up with external stakeholders for deliverables • Create documents for management meeting • Conduct management meeting (including Obheya, steering committee) • Maintain Meeting Minutes and Track Actionable • Project Documents Review • Change Management Tracking • Roles and Responsibilities • Schedule Management • Scope Management • Communication Management • Risk & Issue Management • Quality Management Profile & Skill Matrix Skillsets • Schedule management • Program Management • Problem solving • Communication skills • Risk Identification and Management Key Performance Indicators • Adherence to schedule of the Project • Weekly Meetings with Management • Service Window
