JD – Portfolio Analyst This is a full-time position with D Square Consulting Services Pvt Ltd Required Experience – 5 to 10 years Location – Bangalore (Hybrid) The candidate who can join within 15 days may only apply Job Summary: We seek a skilled, analytical Portfolio Analyst to manage a portfolio of Tech & Data investments. You will optimize financial performance, ensure strategic alignment, and mitigate risks. In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders to craft investment strategies, monitor financial results, and enhance processes in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Must-have skills and tools: • 3+ years in portfolio management or related fields. • Proficiency in Power BI, including building reports and dashboards. • Hands-on experience administering portfolio management software (e.g., managing licenses, updating content) and tools like Mural. • Deep knowledge of financial best practices, including analysis, reporting, budgeting, and audits. • Ability to work independently, juggle priorities, and thrive in fast-paced environments. • Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing abilities. • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills for interpreting complex financial data. • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across levels. Good to have: • Experience in large global organizations. • Familiarity with portfolio management software and tools. • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations. • Background in Agile methodologies and IT demand prioritization. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field. Key Responsibilities: • Build and manage Tech & Data investment portfolios (e.g., APAC and REX) and operational budgets; track and report financial performance. • Partner with stakeholders like Investment Owners, Delivery Teams, and Tech & Data service groups. • Work with portfolio managers and business partners to shape investment strategies, align priorities, and optimize funding for business and tech outcomes. • Create and maintain portfolio/financial tools, systems, and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for informed decision-making and reporting. • Generate analytics to assess Tech & Data capabilities, investments, financial health, and spend competitiveness. • Deliver regular portfolio performance reports and OKR updates to senior leaders and stakeholders. • Spot portfolio risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure effective risk management. • Monitor industry trends and regulatory shifts impacting the portfolio. • Train investment owners on standardized financial processes and tools for compliance. • Lead process improvements, change management, and thought leadership to streamline Tech & Data operations. • Oversee product roadmapping and project management using lean, agile, design thinking, and tools like Roadmunk, Jira, MS Project, or Tableau. • Uphold financial procedures and portfolio management best practices.
