How You Will Add Value? • You will monitor and improve daily and weekly investment model processes. • You will partner with portfolio managers to refine active and passive strategies. • You will run backtests to validate proposed portfolio changes. • You will implement programming solutions for portfolio management initiatives. • You will manage data pipelines, including ESG-related processes. • You will collaborate across investment teams to ensure seamless execution. • You will maintain clear documentation of investment processes for internal use. What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role? Experience, Education & Certifications • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or Quantitative Finance. • Proficiency in Python and C#. Technical Skills • Strong background in data science and statistical modeling. • Knowledge of factor risk modeling and optimization techniques. • Understanding of passive index construction and ESG investing. Soft Skills • Clear and effective communication.
