About The Role We are seeking a Power BI Developer with Microsoft Fabric experience to support our D365 Finance & Operations ERP program. This role focuses on delivering trusted, scalable, and governed analytics across Finance, Supply Chain, and operational domains, working closely with ERP, data, and business teams. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand their data needs and tailor BI solutions accordingly • Design and deliver Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models aligned to D365 F&O. • Build standardized, reusable datasets to support enterprise and self-service reporting. • Maintain and support existing BI solutions, troubleshooting performance issues and ensuring data accuracy • Develop ERP analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, Dataflows). • Source and model data from D365 F&O (data entities, BYOD, Synapse Link, or Fabric connectors). • Translate ERP business processes into clear KPIs and executive-ready insights. • Implement security (RLS/OLS), certification, and governance standards aligned to the ERP CoE. • Support ERP releases, UAT, and post–go-live stabilization from a reporting perspective. • Partner with functional, data, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Document the processes used and the methodologies implemented.
