Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Power Sales Professional. The role involves identifying and developing potential clients in the renewable energy sector, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets. The position also includes market analysis, preparing proposals, addressing client inquiries, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: ✔ Strong experience in Power Sales / Energy sector ✔ Proven track record in revenue generation & key account management ✔ Exposure to strategic planning, client negotiations, and leadership Qualifications • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and business development with a focus on the power or renewable energy sectors. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to perform comprehensive market research and create effective sales strategies. • Proficiency in preparing professional proposals, presentations, and reports. • Understanding of renewable energy technologies and market dynamics is highly preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.
