Core Responsibilities - Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Ads, and other relevant paid channels. - Develop campaign structures aligned with business goals, target audience behavior, and conversion priorities. - Perform ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to improve targeting precision. - Write and refine compelling ad copy that supports click-through performance and conversion intent. - Monitor campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis, making proactive adjustments to bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting. - Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversion quality, cost efficiency, and overall return on ad spend. - Build and maintain tracking frameworks to ensure accurate measurement of campaign results. - Analyze campaign, landing page, and funnel performance to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align paid media initiatives with wider marketing and commercial strategies. - Deliver clear and professional performance reports, including recommendations for future improvements. Candidate Profile We are seeking a candidate with substantial hands-on experience in PPC and paid media management, ideally gained within fast-paced, performance-oriented environments. Required Qualifications - Several years of proven experience in PPC campaign management or performance marketing. - Strong expertise in Google Ads and paid acquisition strategy. - Demonstrated success in managing campaigns with measurable performance outcomes. - Deep understanding of bidding models, keyword intent, audience targeting, ad relevance, and conversion optimization. - Experience with campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or equivalent platforms. - Strong analytical capability with confidence in interpreting data and translating insights into campaign action. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Professional, organized, and results-oriented approach to campaign ownership. Preferred Experience - Experience managing campaigns across both search and paid social channels. - Familiarity with lead generation funnels, landing page testing, and conversion rate optimization. - Previous experience working in an agency, consulting, or multi-account environment. - Understanding of B2B marketing, service-based businesses, or high-intent customer acquisition.
