Job Title: PRE- Sales Business Analyst Job Summary The Pre-Sales Business Analyst (BA) plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by analyzing client requirements, crafting tailored solutions, and contributing to winning proposals. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions during the pre-sales phase. The Pre sales BA is responsible for Client coordination, ... managing with tools like excel, ZIRA, Salesforce, Project Management, Agile & scrum methodologies, requirement gathering from clients, BRD preparation, FRD preparation, Software Development Lifecycle, Quotation Finalization etc. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with sales teams to understand prospective client requirements and business challenges • Conduct requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and solution mapping • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and solution documentation (RFP/RFI/RFQ responses) • Engage with clients to gather and clarify business needs • Work closely with technical teams to design optimal solutions • Create process flows, use cases, and functional specifications • Support product demonstrations, POCs (Proof of Concept), and client presentations • Analyze competitors and market trends to strengthen proposals • Estimate effort, cost, and timelines in coordination with delivery teams • Ensure alignment between client expectations and proposed solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field • 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis / Pre-Sales / Consulting • Strong understanding of SDLC and business analysis techniques • Experience with RFP/RFI response creation • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions • Familiarity with tools like MS Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA, etc. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Key Competencies • Client-centric thinking • Strategic and solution-oriented mindset • Strong collaboration and teamwork • Ability to work under tight deadlines. KPIs / Success Metrics • Client satisfaction during pre-sales engagement. • Timely delivery of proposals and presentations Salary offered – 3.6 LPA to 7 LPA (Rest depends on your Interview how it goes & previous experience & salary will also be taken into consideration) Company name - Waplia Digital Solutions Pvt.
