Possession of a valid AWS Professional Certification is mandatory. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and driven Pre-Sales professional with strong communication skills, a solid technical foundation, and a good understanding of sales processes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our sales and technical teams, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and addressed with the right solutions. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions. • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clarity and confidence. • Bids / tender management. • Work closely with technical teams to design and deliver customized proposals and solution documents. • Support sales cycles with technical expertise, ensuring customer queries are effectively addressed. • Build strong client relationships by offering consultative insights and positioning the company’s offerings effectively. • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape. • Client visits & demo on software products, services and solutions. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering / software development, or related roles. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong understanding of technology domains (Cloud, SaaS, IT Services, Software, etc.) and ability to learn new tools quickly. • Proven ability to assist in solutioning, proposals, and client-facing presentations. • A results-driven mindset with a strong business acumen.
