Key responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce and explain ResearchAyu's services, addressing customer queries, and providing detailed product information. The role also involves generating high-quality leads, maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) records, and supporting other sales and customer service tasks as required. The candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure targets are met and clients are effectively onboarded. Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse customers. • Skills in customer service, lead generation, and telecalling to manage client inquiries and drive sales opportunities. • Proficiency in CRM tools, data entry, and maintaining accurate customer records. • Sales and negotiation abilities alongside a goal-oriented mindset. • Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages, with strong listening and problem-solving skills. • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team. • Basic computer literacy, including the use of Microsoft Office and telecommunication software. • Prior experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or BPO is an advantage.
