As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a PreSales Analyst who can partner with our sales and solution teams to craft compelling solutions, articulate business value, and help win strategic deals across industries. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and storytelling. It is ideal for someone who enjoys solutioning, client engagement, and building impactful proposals. What You Bring • 3–5 years of experience in IT Services / PreSales / Business Analysis / Solution Consulting • Strong understanding of digital technologies such as AI, Data Analytics, Cloud, Automation, or IoT • Experience working with Agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams • Proven ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value propositions • Experience creating client-facing collateral — proposals, presentations, case studies, or whitepapers • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Desired Skills • Exposure to RFP / RFI / RFQ response management • Understanding of solution estimation and commercial modeling • Experience working across industries such as BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Digital platforms • Knowledge of emerging tech trends and market landscape • Storytelling and executive presentation skills • Curiosity and passion for learning new technologies Your Role As a Pre Sales Analyst, You Will • Analyze client requirements and collaborate with solution architects to design winning solutions • Partner with sales teams to shape deal strategies and articulate differentiated value propositions • Prepare proposals, presentations, demos, and solution documents • Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses including solutioning and estimation inputs • Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with clients to understand business needs • Create reusable knowledge assets such as case studies, solution decks, and whitepapers • Work closely with delivery and leadership teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment • Enable sales teams through periodic knowledge sessions on offerings and emerging technologies • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation and technology adoption Why Choose LERA? • I.C.E.
