We are hiring a Pricing Analyst specifically for IIT graduates with experience in top-tier consulting or strong management environments to support a high growth international consumer business. This role is designed for individuals with rigorous academic training and structured problem solving experience who are looking to take ownership of real commercial decisions in a fast-paced setting. The position sits within the core growth function and plays a critical role in shaping pricing strategy, revenue optimisation, and margin performance. Key Responsibilities: • Review and optimise pricing across key products to improve revenue and gross margin • Design and support A / B pricing experiments and evaluate results • Conduct competitor and market pricing analysis • Support discounting and promotion strategies with a focus on profitability Candidate Profile: Required Qualifications: • Graduate from an Indian Institute of Technology • Strong academic record with a CGPA of 8.0 or above • Experience in top-tier consulting or structured management roles with high performance expectations • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills • Comfortable working with Excel and data-driven analysis • Excellent written and spoken English • Willingness to work London time zone hours and extended hours when required Preferred Experience: • Background in pricing, revenue management, analytics, or data science • STEM or highly quantitative academic background • Experience in fast-growing companies or high-pressure environments • Ability to start at short notice.
