As a Pricing Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will support the Pricing Excellence Function and assist the global pricing team in achieving all pricing objectives and strategies. Your focus will include performance management, deployment of pricing tools, and utilization of analytics. In this role, you will impact the company's financial success and competitive advantage by effectively managing pricing models and initiatives. Your expertise in analyzing market trends and competitive landscape will enable the organization to make informed pricing decisions and capitalize on opportunities. Additionally, your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure alignment and drive the achievement of business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives • Perform pricing analysis and provide recommendations for pricing decisions • Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make adjustments as needed Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE • 2+ years of work experience • Relevant pricing experience WE VALUE • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • Strong financial modeling skills • Strong analytical skills • Demonstrated executive level experience in data management • Results focused with successful record of accomplishments • Experience leading a global team • Strong self-starter who can manage tasks with little guidance • Advanced capability with Microsoft Excel
